We've seen that dress before, Kate...on Sarah Jessica Parker in 2006!

By Maysa Rawi

Spot the difference: The Duchess of Cambridge, left, in Canada on Monday and Sarah Jessica Parker in 2006, wearing the same Alexander McQueen dress

They are both style icons but share very different tastes.

So it comes as a surprise that when the Duchess of Cambridge stepped out in an Alexander McQueen dress on Monday, it had previously been work by Sarah Jessica Parker - five years ago.

Sarah wore a navy version of the cable-knit dress back in 2006 when she attended the unveiling of husband Matthew Broderick's star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Being Sarah Jessica Parker, the Sex and the City actress lived up to alter-ego Carrie Bradshaw's fashionista reputation, teaming the dress with red corsage stilettos.

Kate meanwhile wore matching court shoes by Prada and had her hair in a loose ponytail for the fifth day of her Royal tour in Canada. SJP wore hers down.

The dress pre-dates the death of McQueen and so is likely to have been designed by him, rather than Sarah Burton, the current creative director.

Copy Kate: The Jenny Packham dress the Duchess wore last month was also worn by Leighton Meester on the set of Gossip Girl

The fact that Kate opted for an archive dress, rather than just picking what is out in the shops, indicates she is paying even more attention to her wardrobe than first thought.

Unavailable in shops though, it is one dress that won't be a sell-out hit.

Last month, Kate wore a Jenny Packham dress worn by Leighton Meester on the U.S show Gossip Girl.

From casual to chic: Kate proves she can wear any look

Three's a crowd: Prince Albert takes new wife Charlene for honeymoon lunch (but South African president Jacob Zuma comes along too)

By Emily Miller

Elegant: Prince Albert and Princess Charlene arrives at the residence of South African president Jacob Zuma in Durban for lunch

Prince Albert of Monaco and Charlene Wittstock today enjoyed a late lunch overlooking the sea - with South African president Jacob Zuma.

Heavy on protocol and light on romance, the function was the among a string of public engagements the couple have booked in the bride's home country this week.

The pair arrived at the statesman's residence, smiling in an effort to quash rumours of marital strife sparked by claims that the prince recently fathered a love child.

A tanned Charlene, 33, wore a white crochet dress and thanked her new husband, 53, as he helped her out of the car. Asked how she was, she replied, 'Fine thanks.'

The prince is rumoured to have fathered a third baby out of wedlock, a scandal which allegedly prompted former Olympic swimmer Charlene to try to flee through France ahead of the nuptials in Monte Carlo at the weekend.

Today the couple joined Mr Zuma, 69, at his seaside residence, King's House, in Durban on South Africa's east coast.

As they left the house, the prince tried to silence rumours about his marriage by planting a careful kiss on new bride Charlene's cheek.

The monarch made the tentative gesture after emerging from lunch with Mr Zuma and his wife Thobeka Madiba.

Puckering up outside the president's mansion, he put his arm around her back for a brief moment of affection.

The couple departed in separate cars, as the prince was due in Durban city centre to vote at the International Olympic Committee conference, which is choosing the 2018 Winter Olympics host country.

Before leaving he said: 'Durban is very close to Charlene's heart so it's great that I have the chance to get to know it.

'It has been an incredible pleasure and really momentous. It's a wonderful coincidence that the 123rd IOC conference happening at the time of our visit.'

Heads of state: The Royal couple posed with Preisdent Zuma and his wife Thobeka Madiba after their lunch

The new princess appeared tense as she embarked on among her first official state appearances since her marriage.

Polygamist premier Mr Zuma, who chose Ms Madiba, 39, for his visit to Britain last year, said ties had today been strengthened between South Africa and Monaco.

He said: 'I'm so pleased that this courtesy call has taken place. It was very good to meet.'

Mr Zuma is understood to have had at least 20 children, both in and out of wedlock.

Prince Albert and Princess Charlene will tomorrow host their South African wedding reception at the £4,600-a-night Oyster Box hotel at Umhlanga, a stretch of golden sands north of Durban.

Around 400 guests are expected for red and white-themed cocktails and dinner at the romantic getaway where it is understood they are keen to dodge the global spotlight.

Signaling their desire for privacy, security has been stepped up around the rambling colonial buildings, where they have booked the luxurious presidential suite.

But much of Prince Albert's time is being consumed with a conference of the International Olympic Committee taking place this week in Durban.

As a member of the organisation, he is expected to attend meetings before a vote on whether France, Germany or South Korea will host the Winter Games 2018.

Last night the couple appeared at a black-tie launch of the meetings at Durban Playhouse theatre.

Dressed in black, the new Princess stayed close to her husband at a champagne reception and smiled demurely for photographers.

Umhlanga is an expensive resort popular with an international crowd including Prince Harry and former girlfriend Chelsy Davy.

The working honeymoon: The couple were also at an event for the opening of the International Olympic Committee session on Tuesday night

The Princess grew up in the Johannesburg suburb of Benoni, but is said to be fond of Durban and stayed at the Oyster Box during a trip home in February.

But she will have little time to relax there, as reportedly a string of charity visits have kept her diary full.

The former Olympic swimmer is said to be leaving Durban for Cape Town early on Friday to visit three development projects, local charity the Giving Organisation Trust said.

Keen to use her new-found resources for good works, she is also due to meet former archbishop Desmond Tutu during the day.

On Saturday she is expected in Johannesburg to see another programme.

Prince Albert has reigned the tiny European state of Monaco since 2005 when his father Prince Rainier died.

He has had two other children out of wedlock - Jazmin Grace Grimaldi, 19, and Alexandre Coste, seven.

Everyone's under her spell! Emma Watson dazzles at Harry Potter photo call after being mobbed by overeager fans

By Sarah Fitzmaurice

The star of the show: Emma Watson looked stunning in a short black dress with lace and ruffle detail as she made her way to join her Harry Potter co-stars for a photo call

As fans eagerly countdown the hours to the final Harry Potter film premiere tomorrow of the cast joined together for a final photo call, earlier this evening.

And there was no doubt about it, Emma Watson’s star was certainly shining bright.

The 21-year-old looked simply stunning in a chic black dress with lace and ruffle detail as she joined her co-stars to pose for pictures.

Best fashion foot forward: The 21-year-old looked stunning in the black dress which she had teamed with a pair of black patent heels. Her pixie crop also emphasised her delicate facial features

And with her pixie crop hair emphasising her delicate and captivating features teamed with a LBD showing off her enviable figure it was clear to see why she has become a model in demand.

The actress was mobbed by over eager fans as she left her hotel and was quickly surrounded by members of the public who were desperate for an autograph.

Emma tried to sign as many posters as she could despite the hectic crowds but was quickly whisked away into her car to join her co-stars.

Shining star: Emma Watson joined her Harry Potter co-stars to pose for pictures ahead of the premiere of the final film in the series Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows Part II tomorrow night

The actress, who has recently admitted she has struggled to find a boyfriend because men find her success intimidating greeted Rupert Grint, who plays Ron Weasley with a warm embrace.

The pair were missing their co-star Daniel Radcliffe from the line-up who did not attend the photo call.

Rupert was dressed in a black blazer a plain white T-shirt and a pair of dark jeans, an outfit which simply couldn’t compete with Miss Watson’s glamour.

Old friends: The actress, who plays Hermione Grainger shared a joke with Rupert Grint, who plays Ron Weasley. The 21-year-old has said the kiss their characters share in the final film is 'the most anticipated in history'

All-star cast: While the younger members of the cast posed together Ralph Fiennes, who plays the villain Lord Voldermort was seen alongside Michael Gambon, Julie walters and Robbie Coltrane and other more experienced cast members

Emma has spoken out about her on-screen kiss with Rupert and described it as the 'most anticipated kiss in history'.

The former Burberry model said she felt under pressure to make sure it was worth waiting for.

She said: ‘We've been building tension to this moment for like eight movies.

‘We were like, “People have been really waiting for this moment, and we have really got to pull this off.” And I was like “yes, I know. What are we going to do?”’

But she admitted that she thinks that she and her co-star ‘did alright’ on the smooching front.

Tom Felton, who plays Draco Malfoy in the wizard films, showed off a healthy tan, and it appears he has been making the most of the sunshine recently after having to stay pale for his on-screen part.

The 23-year-old also opted for a T-shirt like Rupert but smartened up with a navy suit.

Bonny Wright, who plays Ginny Weasley, opted for a loose scarlet dress which she teamed adding a long necklace, but kept things casual with flat shoes.

Pottermania: Hundreds of fans have gathered in Trafalgar Square ahead of tomorrow night's premiere of the final Harry Potter film

Evanna Lynch opted for a pretty multi-coloured floral dress which she teamed with a light denim jacket.

It was quite a gathering of cast members and James and Oliver Phelps who portray Fred and George Weasley joined the younger cast members.

Ralph Fiennes, who plays the villain Lord Voldermort was seen alongside Michael Gambon, Julie walters and Robbie Coltrane.

Enjoying the party island? TOWIE's Lucy Mecklenburgh feels the burn as she heads back to bootcamp... in Ibiza

By Sarah Bull

Feeling the burn: The Only Way Is Essex star Lucy Mecklenburgh shapes up at bootcamp in Ibiza

She's already a tiny size eight, but The Only Way Is Essex star Lucy Mecklenburgh is still not happy with her figure.

So the 19-year-old decided to head back to bootcamp but this time decided to make it slightly harder - by going to bootcamp in Ibiza.

As the weather hit a sweltering 28C, Lucy hit the beach for a run before doing jumping jacks on the sand.

Bit hot for you? Lucy appeared to be struggling with a run on the sand, but looked better after she'd cooled off with a dip in the sea

Before heading over to Ibiza, usually nicknamed the 'party island', Lucy admitted she was feeling scared about the prospect of completing the course in the heat and sunshine.

She wrote: 'So nervous for bootcamp tomoro !! ahhhh right need to buy last minute bits then need to pack!!'

Lucy is at the No.1 Bootcamp in Ibiza with Giovanna Falcone, fiancée of McFly star Tom Fletcher and sister of Lucy's boyfriend Mario Falcone.

Pain: Lucy appeared to be struggling with some of the moves, and winced as she stood up

Round and round we go: The girls take part in a circular move as they do circuits on the beach

And it seems the pair are finding the going tough at the bootcamp, with Giovanna tweeting yesterday: 'Today is Toxic Tuesday at @no1bootcamp ibiza. Powering through with tears streaming down my face...apparently I'll start feeling better soon.'

There's certainly nothing easy about taking part in No. 1 Bootcamp Ibiza. The day begins with running and circuits on the beach before a class such as boxing and a long hike.

Guests also have around two hours of hypnotherapy a day to try and change the way they feel about food.

Comfort: An emotional Lucy gets a hug from a fellow bootcamp member as it all gets a bit too much for her

Stylish: Lucy attended the bootcamp with Giovanna Falcone, sister of her boyfriend Mario and fiancée of McFly star Tom Fletcher

Lucy, who is a size eight and weights nine stone, previously revealed all the cast members have been putting in extra effort getting into shape for the new series.

She said: ‘Everyone’s gone a bit hardcore trying to lose weight for the next series.']

Meanwhile, it looks as though Lauren Goodger and Mark Wright are battling through with their engagement despite Lucy revealing she and Mark had kissed while they were in Marbella earlier this year.

Give me 10 more! Lucy winces in pain as she tries to complete the allotted number of jumping jacks

And... rest: Lucy looks exhausted as she rests after the gruelling morning workout

Lauren said at the time: 'He's lost that trust. He will never go to Marbella without me. Ever. It was more that he'd put himself in this position. It's hard for me to fight his corner and stick up for him. Even if he is innocent people will say he isn't and will think I'm an idiot for getting back with him.

'There's a limit to what I can take. If I could prove he'd cheated, I'd leave. But because I've not got that evidence and everyone's going, "Oh that's just what they make it look like," what can I do? If he does disrespect me, it'll come out in the end.'

But Mark and Lauren looked happy and content as they arrived back in the UK after attending a friend's wedding in Portugal over the weekend.#

Mind you don't do yourself some damage in those! Khloe Kardashian wears floor-sweeping flares for day out at the theme park

By Sarah Bull

Casual style: Khloe Kardashian looked chic in her 70s-inspired outfit of bell-bottom flares and a white vest top

She can usually be found wearing tight dress and super-high heels, so it was refreshing to see Khloe Kardashian going for a dressed down look for a day out at Universal Studios in Los Angeles yesterday.

The 27-year-old reality star looked chic in her 70s outfit of bell-bottom flares teamed with a flattering white vest top, flip-flops and an oversized white Chanel handbag.

Khloe was joined on the day out by half-sisters Kendall and Kylie Jenner, as well as husband Lamar Odom and his children Destiny and Lamar Jr.

Family day out: Khloe took her half-sisters Kendall and Kylie Jenner (right), husband Lamar Odom (back) and his two children

But Khloe definitely had some fashion competition from her younger siblings.

While Kylie, 13, wore a pair of denim shorts and knotted vest top, 15-year-old Kendall stood out from the crowd in a tiny pair of light-wash denim shorts and a cropped tribal print T-shirt.

The budding 5'10" model has already found huge success in the industry thanks to her long legs and model build, and recently appeared on the cover of American Cheerleader magazine.

Stylish pair: Khloe had some fashion competition from her 15-year-old sister Kendall (left) and 13-year-old Kylie

Leggy: Kendall and Kylie both flashed their legs in tiny denim shorts and Converse trainers

The group certainly seemed to be enjoying themselves as they pulled up at the theme park on their 'party bus' before making their way inside.

Once in the theme park, Khloe led the way to the scary Jurassic Park ride, which sees riders sit in an inflatable boat and travel along a lake where they catch glimpses of the terrifyingly lifelike model dinosaurs.

Despite the fact that they got soaked on the ride, the girls didn't seem to mind and appeared in good spirits as they took shelter under the plastic rain macs.

Staying cool: Kendall and Kylie enjoyed some brightly coloured iced drinks on their day out, while Lamar stayed cool by putting a towel on his head

Having a good time? Khloe appeared in good spirits on the day out, smiling and flashing the peace sign at photographers

And it seems the group had a good time, as Khloe later tweeted: 'We just had the BEST time at Universal City park! Family is the GREATEST gift! #Memories.'

Looking after Lamar's two children, from his relationship with ex-girlfriend Liza Morales, will be great practice for when Khloe and Lamar have their own family.

Talking about having children, Lamar said recently: 'Khloe is going to be a wonderful mother. It's her natural instinct.

Getting wet: The group were drenched as they took to the water on the Jurassic Park ride

Giggles all round: Kendall and Kylie joke around as they see who got the most drenched on the ride

'She used to take care of her two younger sisters. She's gonna be great. I can't wait until the day when we can share that moment when she gives birth to our child.'

The Kardashians' lives have been broadcast in a series of reality shows over the past five yaers, most recently including Khloe & Lamar on E!

And it was recently announced the series will face off against her sisters' show Kourtney & Kim Take New York at the Teen Choice Awards, with winners to be crowned during a live ceremony on August 7th.

The family are up for four awards in all, with Lamar also nominated for the best Male Reality/Variety star and the Kardashian girls up for best Female Reality/Variety star.

Time to head home: The group looked tired as they headed home after their action-packed day

Ripped Zac Efron flexes his muscles as he hits the beach for Independence Day party

By SARAH BULL

Ripped: Zac Efron flexes his muscles and delights armies of female fans as he shows off his buff body on the beach on Monday

He had to bulk up to play a marine in his last film The Lucky One.

And it seems Zac Efron has been sticking to the same diet and exercise regime, judging by photographs of the 23-year-old actor on the beach on Monday.

Former High School Musical star Zac showed off his impressively muscular physique as he joined friends at an Independence Day party on the beach in Malibu.

Wearing a pair of low-slung khaki army-print swimming shorts, Zac drew attention to his defined pecs and six-pack stomach as he enjoyed the sunshine over the Fourth of July weekend.

Hanging with friends: Zac celebrated Independence Day with a group of friends

Zac plays Logan Thibault in The Lucky One, which tells the story of a marine who has completed three tours in Iraq before travelling to North Carolina to try and find the woman he believes was his good luck charm during the war.

And while Zac delighted female fans with his shirtless scenes in the High School Musical films, he worked hard to bulk up for his role in The Lucky One - an adaptation of the Nicholas Sparks novel.

Chatting: Zac spent a lot of time talking to a young woman wearing a pretty maxi skirt

Talking about gaining weight and building muscle for the role recently, Zac said: 'It was hard, man. Marines have got this way about them, but they're, like, 50 pounds heavier, so I started training immediately to do the best I could.

'Because it's a kind of sensitive part I care too much about it to let it slide. I really wanted to put in the work.'

Zac was also spotted out shopping yesterday with friends including Rumer Willis in Studio City.

Shopping time: Zac was spotted yesterday out shopping in Studio City with friends including Rumer Willis

Casual style: Zac wore a T-shirt and pair of khaki shorts as he and his friends shopping in stores including Urban Outfitters

Wearing a pair of khaki shorts and printed T-shirt, Zac appeared to be in good spirits as he browsed stores including Urban Outfitters.

Earlier this week, Zac sparked rumours there was something going on with his former High School Musical co-star Ashley Tisdale when he was spotted giving the toned actress a piggy back ride along the beach on her birthday.

However, Ashley was quick to take to Twitter and deny any speculation.

Buff: Zac had to bulk up to play a marine in the upcoming movie The Lucky One

She wrote: 'Don't believe all pictures. People r gonna come up with stuff to say bc it sells!

'I had such a great birthday party with my friends, Family, and BOYFRIEND Scott. I will not let stupid rumors ruin all the fun we had! Xoxo'

Zac and Ashley have remained close friends since they appeared together in the three High School Musical films.

Two Royals in a boat: Canoe-dling Kate and William wow Canada's Northwest Territories with their paddling partnership in a kayak

-Royal couple fly to Yellowknife on sixth day of Canada tour to experience traditions of native people
-Prince tries his hand at a game of shinty - street hockey
-Vast North Western Territories are home to only 48,000 people
-Kate and Wills presented with hockey jerseys with Cambridge on the back
-Duke and Duchess will then travel on to Calgary

By Rebecca English

Water babe: Prince William and wife Kate take a canoe ride at Lake Blatchford, Canada, lodge in the Northwest Territories

Prince William and Kate are being welcomed to the Northwest Territories with a traditional Native Canadian drumming performance by the Dene tribe during the royal couple's most northerly stop of their Canadian tour.

Kate, wearing a light-beige, knee-length dress cinched at the waist, and William in a dark suit, arrived at the Somba K'e Civic Plaza in Yellowknife, the sparsely populated capital, to a crowd of thousands cheering.

The couple are on the sixth day of a nine-day visit to Canada, their first official overseas journey since their April 29 wedding.

Bonding: Prince William and Kate take a canoe ride with elder Francois Paulette, left, from the Fort Smith area at Lake Blatchford, Canada

Scenic paddle: The young royals enjoy a turn past the pines, in blue water. They both show great paddling form

Lunch: Prince William and Kate enjoy some arctic char with Defense Minister Peter McKay and Canadian Rangers at Lake Blatchford, Canada on Tuesday

The couple will tour the region before flying to Calgary on Wednesday.

Yesterday, the Duchess of Cambridge got another royal first under her belt when she started a game of 'shinny' or street hockey.

Kate, who was a formidable hockey player herself at school, laughingly shrugged off calls from the crowd to take part herself – especially after she was handed a red sports shirt with her name – Cambridge – emblazoned on it.

'I would have taken a shot if I wasn't in heels,' she told Gloria Francis, 16, from Yellowknife, as she gestured to her cream £175 LK Bennett stilettoes. But she did throw the bright orange ball onto the floor to start the game.

The Duke was facing 6'3" goalie Calvin Lomen, as he failed to hit to hit the target with any of his three shots. He even begged 20-year-old Mr Lomen 'You realise you've got to let one in!' before trying to outfox the goalie by telling him 'top left corner' before going for the right.

Red: William and Kate pose wearing the sweaters of the Canadian Rangers after being made honorary members during a visit to Blatchford Lake

Teepee time: The young royals exit a traditional teepee at Blatchford Lodge, where they learned something about ancient ways of life

Pitching in: The royals help carry a caribou skin to a tent to be smoked while visiting Blatchford Lake. It's an authentic experience

Natural fabric: William and Kate learn about the craft of leathermaking from First Nations people, who smoke caribou hides

Quiet moment: Prince William and his wife Kate enjoy the serene beauty of the far north. It's wilderness not that many people ever see
But all three shots were either saved or went wide.

Afterwards he and his wife were presented with red Canada ice hockey tops with “Cambridge' and the numbers 1 for the Duchess and 2 for the Duke.

The royal couple were spending the morning experiencing the sights, sounds and traditions of Canada's native peoples after arriving in Yellowknife on the sixth day of their tour of the Commonwealth realm.

Around half of the region's population has native heritage, and members of the Inuktitut and Chipewyan tribes were among those who welcomed the royal couple to the regional capital.

Yummy: The young royals watch an elder woman prepare caribou meat for smoking while visiting Blatchford Lake

Fragrant: William and Kate smell aboriginal herbal medicines, which have been used for thousands of years by resourceful people in the north country

A group of drummers performed a prayer song for the couple on caribou-skin drums, considered sacred objects by the native people, dancers from the Inuvialuit tribe danced for their royal guests.

Then local teenagers demonstrated their skills in Arctic sports including the Alaskan High Kick, which involves balancing on one hand and kicking a target, and the 'airplane', a show of strength in which the contestants hold their bodies in a cross shape and are carried horizontally for as long as they can hold the position.

Although the Duke did not fancy his chances at the high kicking, he happily joined in a game of street hockey, or 'shinny', taking penalty shots against the goalkeeper in a pause in the game taking place at the Somba K'e civic plaza, a recreation area overlooking Frame Lake.

Helping hand: After a quick change, William and Kate make their way onto a water plane on their way to Blachford Lake

Bear essentials: Seated around a bear rug the Duke and Duchess took part in a sitting of the Legislative Assembly in Yellowknife

Prince William took a shot with a hockey stick in a game of 'shinny' to the delight of onlookers (including Kate) and they were treated to some of the Arctic sports

They met the Yellowknife hockey team which claims to be the birthplace of the sport in Canada

Kate looks shocked as her husband misses his hockey shot during the street game in Somba K'e Civic Plaza

Prince William begged goalkeeper Calvin Lomen to let one of his shots go into the net but he either hit the puck wide or it was saved

Kate declined the invitation to play 'shinny' because of her Bennett stilettos. The above the knee By Malene Birger dress may have had something to do with it too

Old and new: Kate chats with one of the Aboriginal people of Canada, left, while taking time out to chat with the crowds at Somba K'e Civic Plaza in Yellowknife

William and Kate follow a bagpiper as they arrive at the Somba K'e Civic Plaza in the Northwest Territories

The royal couple were also given the chance to participate in traditional Inuit and Dene games, which are used both for entertainment and to hone skills necessary for everyday survival in the harsh northern environment where it is winter 10 months of the year.

These included the Alaskan High Kick and the One Hand Reach in which athletes lift themselves off the floor on one arm and, while balancing, use their other hand to touch a target.

The highlight for the couple, however, was taking part in a street hockey game known locally as 'shinny', using a ball instead of the traditional ice hockey puck.

While they were there the Duke and Duchess were presented with Aboriginal gifts to signify their 'mutual respect and affection' – a pair of platinum and diamond pave cufflinks featuring a polar bear for him and a similar brooch for her.

Later in the day the young royals were due to get a taste of the great outdoors – including some of its legendary great lakes - something aides said they had been 'extremely keen' to do.

They were due to take a float plane to picturesque Blachford Lake, set in an extraordinary landscape on the edge of the Tundra, where they will join young rangers for a campfire, before rowing themselves by canoe to a nearby island for a private BBQ.

Later the couple boarded a float plane and headed out into the wilderness. Kate was wearing an olive fitted shirt, skin-tight jeans and white and cream deck shoes while William sported jeans, an open-necked blue shirt and Timberland boots.

The couple gazed out of the window of their tiny plane excitedly as it took off from the water and headed out to Blachford Lake.

Meeting: William and Kate look on during an official welcome ceremony at the Somba K'e Civic Plaza in Yellowknife, Canada

Their day in Yellowknife is a real mix of tradition and modernity with these residents dressed in traditional native clothing
